1. Commitment to Safety
Life Run maintains a strict Zero Tolerance Policy to ensure the safety of patients, medical staff, and the general public. Violation of these rules results in immediate and permanent account deactivation.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited while active on the Life Run network:
- Substance Abuse: Use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription meds that impair driving.
- Discrimination: Refusing service based on race, religion, gender, or medical condition (except when the condition exceeds vehicle capability).
- Overcharging: Asking for extra cash beyond the app-calculated fare.
- Inappropriate Behavior: Any form of harassment or physical violence toward patients or hospital staff.
3. Reporting & Enforcement
Note: Every trip is monitored via GPS. If a user reports a safety violation, the driver's account is suspended immediately pending an investigation.
We cooperate fully with local law enforcement agencies. Any criminal activity observed or reported will be shared with the relevant authorities along with GPS logs and identity documents.
