1. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering on the Life Run app, you ("Driver Partner") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Life Run Technologies.

2. Nature of Service

Life Run is a technology aggregator. We provide a marketplace that connects users with independent ambulance providers.

3. Vehicle & Medical Standards

To ensure patient safety, all partners must comply with the following:

• AIS-125 Compliance: Your vehicle must meet the specific Indian National Ambulance Code requirements for the category you select (BLS, ALS, ICU).
• Equipment Maintenance: All critical life-support equipment must be functional and regularly calibrated.
• Documentation: Valid Commercial License, Vehicle RC, Insurance, and Fitness Certificates must be kept up to date in the app profile.

4. Professional Code of Conduct

As a Life Run Partner, you represent the highest standard of emergency response:

• Adhere to safe driving protocols and prioritize patient stability over speed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized environment inside the ambulance.
• Zero tolerance for substance use or unprofessional behavior toward patients or hospital staff.

5. Earnings & Settlements

Life Run ensures transparent and timely payouts for all completed trips:

• Service Fee: Life Run deducts a fixed commission percentage from each booking as a platform fee.
• Settlement Cycle: Earnings are settled via digital transfer to your registered bank account within 24-48 business hours.
• Cancellations: Fair compensation is provided for "No-Shows" or cancellations made after the ambulance has reached the pickup location.

6. Limitation of Liability

Life Run shall not be liable for any medical negligence, clinical complications, or equipment failure that occurs during transport. The Driver Partner and their medical team hold full professional liability for the patient's care once the trip is initiated.
