  • Location Data: Real-time GPS tracking is essential for both Users (to pinpoint pickup) and Partners (to track vehicle progress and arrival).
  • Partner Documentation: For Drivers, we collect driving licenses, vehicle registrations, and verification IDs to ensure safety.
  • Financial Data: Bank details or payment method identifiers to process bookings and partner settlements.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to facilitate emergency services:

Service Coordination: Location data is shared between the User and the assigned Driver Partner only during an active booking to ensure a timely medical response.
  • To verify accounts and maintain a secure network.
  • To process payments and generate invoices/earnings reports.
  • To provide customer support and resolve technical issues.
  • To comply with health and safety regulations regarding medical transport.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Life Run does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

  • Medical Facilitators: Hospitals or emergency contacts are provided with necessary location/arrival info during emergencies.
  • Secure Processors: Payment gateways and banking partners for financial transactions.
  • Legal Compliance: Government or law enforcement agencies when required by applicable laws.

We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and secure server protocols to protect your sensitive information from unauthorized access.

6. Account Deletion & Your Rights

How to Delete Your Account

Users and Partners have full control over their data. You can request to delete your account and associated personal data directly through the mobile application:

  1. Open the Life Run app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Main Menu (Side Sidebar).
  3. Select Settings or Edit Profile.
  4. Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

Important Note: Upon confirmation, your account is immediately deactivated. For legal, safety, and tax compliance, we may retain certain records (like trip logs and financial transactions) for a period required by law before permanent deletion.
